What is your oldest piece of clothing?

As I was looking at my closet I see a lot of clothing I wear and a lot that I don't. I am going to talk about the clothing I do wear. As a person with not a lot of money I was thinking of how long I have had some of these shirts I own. I have a dress my mom made for me for 8th-grade promotion and I still wear it. I am 20 going on 21 now and I was 13 in 8th grade. I have band tees even older than that! I have had this one band tee that it almost went to my knees when I first got it and now it fits me like a normal t-shirt. Do you have any clothing that you hold on to that you STILL wear?

Yeah I understand. I have a lot of clothing that I keep and tons I give away. I have a really hard time parting with band tees.

yes,I do.I have two beautiful coat.One is a wrap around and the other a top.I will not let this go.There is a story on this.
Maybe some day will do a post.I have so many others.The reason for this.I worked very hard to get them.

@DesirousDreamer they are tan.One is wrap around coat.The other is top cop.The material is what they call Camel Hair

I have a lot of old clothes that I still wear. The oldest thing in my closet is probably a t-shirt that I bought in Prague when I was in the my early 20's, and I am 39 now. I used to keep some clothes from high school, but they didn't fit so I decided to give them to a second hand shop.

That is awesome! What a good place to get clothing from too! haha! And that is good, I do that a lot with my clothing, I donate a lot.

I know! It was just a tag of everything getting older Haha! I think I am going to be the same way too with my band tees. I have over 20 for just one band, and I cannot get rid of them, they are my babies!
