Best Night Sleep in my Life

My husband and I moved last year from Pennsylvania to Florida and got rid of almost every bit of furniture. I read so much about the cloud mattress so I thought I would try one out. If you have never tried one of these beds and need a new one, this is the way to go. We bought a king size frame but it had twin box spring and mattress. The first night it was put together and we went to bed, I think I was fast asleep before putting the covers on me. I never in my life had anything like this happen to me and I was out like a light with the best night sleep ever. The only negative thing I have to say about this bed is I put twin sheets on the bottom and a king size on the top. To get the bottom sheets to fit right I discovered I had to use the controls to raise the foot part and the head part to almost form a V. When the sheets were on I flattened the bed out straight and finished the rest of the bed. We have been sleeping on this bed for over a year and still love it as much as the first night we had it. The beauty of the dual beds is we can each adjust the mattresses to any height we want it. I like my legs up high and my husband likes his head slightly raised.

@MGjhaud I can understand that. Sometimes in the day when I go in the bedroom and I think, maybe I will lay down for 5 minutes but one time I did that and I got up 2 hours later.

I tested on of the adjustable bed, in the store, I was doing a Mystery shop, they feel so comfortable but the price of these adjustable beds, are too high for my budget.

@TLilly I agree with you. I normally would never spend that much money but we just got rid of so much furniture and needed new things and at 74 I figured I would never buy another bed and figured I am worth it. We were starting a whole new life in the south after being the northeast all our lives.

@TLilly How often do you do mystery shops? I did them a few times in the northeast and liked it and thought I might try it down here in Florida. How do you find jobs for the shops? I had a friend that was a manager of a big store and he got me to do them but I never went to any other places except his. Do you do it for money or for gifts or dinners? I would be interested to hear from you about some of your shops.

That's a nice bed. If I have that, I might not get out of it or I'll be in comma.

@cherriefic I have read where some people need more sleep as they get older.

@cherriefic exactly. Sometimes I will take a 2-3 hour nap in the afternoon. I can't believe how great it is. I always loved my waterbed but this is the greatest.

Thanks @Tampa_girl, I am too. All the years I woke up with back aches and now I can't wait to go to bed and almost sleep right through the night which never happened before. Now I cannot wait to go to bed. Sometimes I do cheat in the day and take a nice nap.

Not sure what this mattress is, but I've decided never to get a bed that move just because of the sheet situation. I think the next mattress, which won't be for several years, will be a sleep number.

I know what you mean about the sheet issues. The first time I made this bed I was so annoyed. Then I realized I could adjust the beds and make the feet and head part go up. I make like a "V". When I get the 4 corners hooked onto the mattress I flatten the mattress out and it all pulls and flattens the sheet out.
