I don't usually post a discussion so soon after having just posted one but I need to get this corny joke out of my mind, so here goes. If April showers bring May flowers, what do May flowers bring? Do you think you know the answer? I'll post the answer in another discussion later on today.

That was the original answer to the joke when I was a kid, but there is a new answer I'm looking for.

Pilgrims was the answer when I was a kid, but I have a different answer in mind that is a little more nature centered.

@DWDavis More nature centered? Fruits come after the flowers, but May is surely the season of allergies.

@LadyDuck Indeed May is that, but so is April around here. I just went outside to watch the dogs play in the back yard and the pollen started to burn my eyes. The answer is posted in my discussion "The Corny Answer to..."

I do know the answer to your corny joke as it's one of my favorites and I ask my grandchildren that exact question every April. Since I don't want to spoil your punchline I'll stay quiet for now

No, not Pilgrims, though that is a good answer. And not furniture, but I like that idea.

That's a good answer, and probably factual, but no, not the answer the judges are looking for.

Judging by the number of moving trucks I see with that word on their sides, I'd say just about anything.
