The Bathroom

I cannot recall if I showed photos of this nasty bathroom, but nasty can be cleaned.
What could not be fixed was the large hole in the new vinyl flooring, it was only two years old. This stuff lasts for years and years.
I did NOT lay this. I have done these in the past and I will pass is I have the choice.
I still have to do another good cleaning before I show the house, again.

One of my clients moved into an apartment that has vinyl flooring in the kitchen. It is clear to me that the previous tenant must have smoked because there were several burn marks that are in the flooring.

It looks like a nice bathroom i don't know how anyone could damage it. I love the flooring as well so pretty. I don't like cleaning not fun but someones gotta do it.

Cleaning is a pain but as long as you enjoy what you are doing and listening to music or whatever it is that keeps you sane makes it a fun time

Yes I hate cleaning, but my wife and I work well together. As long as we do not clean the same room, we are good. I usually take care of the computer room and the living room and my wife takes care of other rooms.
