I just got an email from the eyeglasses site. They've been shipped today, so I'll be able to see better in a few days. 
I can't wait. I've had these poor excuse for glasses, glasses for the past year since I got my eyes tested at Wal-Mart.
I just hope these work better. They should, the exam was done by Lenscrafters and they've always done right with my eyes. I know I input the right prescription they even verified the prescription, so everything should be good.
They're being shipped first class, so I wonder how long it will take to get here.
Excitement is in the air.

It is quite some time since I had my glasses changed, but it is not practical at the moment. I have had a cataract operation on the right eye and will need the same for the left one, so I shall to wait until after the eyes have settled. Meanwhile I have a plain lens fitted on the right hand side.

So do I. I'm hoping they'll be here by Monday. That would be great. I do expect them next week. They're coming regular mail, so I'm not sure how fast that will be.

I had glasses before but I never use them. far sight was my problem anyway and not close sight. good luck with your shipment.

Thanks. I've been wearing glasses since I was six years old. I started out with farsightedness and now I'm nearsighted.

I doubt I'll get them tomorrow. I don't even get letters from my sister in a day and she's an hour from here.

I need to get a check up in and then get my prescription, these glasses (which I use at night to give my eyes a contact break) are horrid!

That is good. We were supposed to get rain with thunder and hail yesterday, but the only thing we got was rain. However, tomorrow and Sunday we're supposed to get snow again. We'll see what happens.
