I Got Paid!

I've not been active here on MyLot for ages but I got paid anyway. I believe the threshold has gone down to a dollar or something? Hence my $1.30 or whatever it was..works out at a lofty 98p but every little helps, right? Especially when I wasn't expecting anything from MyLot for quite some time!
That said, how long does it take to get to the 1 dollar? I guess it's a miniscule amount per discussion? I don't mind that, to be honest.
How is everyone? I'm OK. I went on the trip out with Mum on my 50th birthday over a week ago and it wasn't what we expected but it WAS free so I shouldn't really complain. The weather (quite literally) put a dampener on things so that didn't help matters.
Roll on the sunshine..whenever that materialises!

Lowering it to a $1, gives everyone a chance to make payour,, as some don't make it for several months. I am glad they lowerd it too, however, I did make the $10 payout every month. It will make it eaiser to get the payout now that it is only a $1 this month. I am assuming, though, next month, they will raise it up to what it was, or maybe even $5, which is a lot easier to make for most too. Every little bit does help, that is for sure.

Hello there! Thanks for commenting. I guess the older I get the more laid-back I become about things I can't control..like the payout on here for example. But, at least they DO pay out, which is the main thing. It's irrelevant how much it is and I'm actually glad it's not too much as other sites came unstuck offering a bigger payout per month. Glad to know you are successful on here my friend.

@Janey1966 It really doesn't have to be much at all, as it does add up over time. I am glad that it isn't to high either, as it would be very unattainable, and I want to be able to get it every month, if at all possible.

It's good that you have got paid! It's just good to receive a payment, isn't it?
Earning here depends on our participation, so some can earn $1 in a day if they are really active. I don't really mind about that as well, as I am busy with my life. I just spend time here whenever I can, enjoy myself reading and writing, and I am happy to see the earnings grow slowly.
Happy belated birthday to you! Hope I can send you some sunshine from here. We have sunny but very hot days everyday here.

Many thanks for commenting, I appreciate it. I should have known better regarding the weather on my birthday as the last couple of years was lovely and sunny..not so this year. Typical, eh? At first I was a bit depressed at being 50 as well but my health is fine so I guess I'm lucky, right?

Glad to see again ! I hadn't visited Mylot as usual since 24th ,Feb due to the problem with logging in mylot.They put it right only a couple days ago . Allow me to offer my belated congratulations to you on your 50th birthday !

Hello there! I try not to think about being 50 as it doesn't feel 5 minutes ago that it was Mum's 50th birthday some 20 years ago now. How time flies!
