An Amazing Diet : Losing weight up to 10 pounds in 3 days !

Military diet claims that it results in losing weight up to 10 pounds during 3 days. Amazing ! yes it is. I have heard about different diet plan but this one is really amazing regarding to its period : only 3 days. Among those who did the diet, based on a voting, more than 80 per cent claimed that they had lost between 1 pound to 11 pounds and only 17 per cent said that they had not experienced any weight losing. I don't believe in crash diets. Regular exercise and healthy lifestyle is the key.

I only want to know about the result cause it is very interesting diet plan that works during only three days. I want to know if it really works by giving results back to me.

Good combination of diet and workout can work for losing weight.Military diet can be the extremely hard to do. It also depends on individual because of different metabolism.

I'll look into it but I think it is diet plus all the training and exercise they have to do
