Not feeling good today

So I woke up at 2am to my son crying because of his cough and then minutes later I ended up with a bad acid reflux attack. Even been crapping my brains out which that finally subsided. Got some sleep but not much. I feel so like crap it's unbelievable. I even have a window open in my living room to bring in fresh air for both me and my son. I hope we both get better soon. Something must have disagreed with me. Later all.

Yes fresh air helps, do you have any Seven Up or Ginger Ale for you guys?

I worked last night up to 12 in the morning. This morning I felt a little fever and had runny nose. I took in a Tylenol and had a warm (actually hot) bath about a couple of hours ago. I am now feeling a little bit better . . also sipping a glass of lemon juice while myLoting. Wish you get better, too.

I take the best acid reflux pulls they can give me. Nexium 40mg
