Some coupons can be found at news papers, you just need to cut them. Other coupons can be found online. There are also some employees of restaurants who were giving free coupons to bystanders.

I use metrodeal, cashcashpinoy and other online shops.
You can get food, services and travel in a very low cost.
Be sure to know the real price before buying. I mean don't get fooled. They might put there as discounted price but in some cases, they are just trying to fool people. But that happens only in a very minimal case. If you're going to buy an item be sure that's it is authentic. You really have to make a study before buying the coupon online.
I usually buy coupons for foods because I find it cheaper instead of buying going directly to the restaurant without a coupon.
I hope it helps.

I suppose it depends on your location and stores that accept them. I print coupons from multiple websites as well as buy inserts from a local lady who sells them. They really are a great way to save money.

If you frequent a certain store usually you can get them through a flyer that most stores produce with their weekly sales. There are several sites online where you can download them and then print them out.

Why don't you ask those who are using the coupons?
I am sure they are happy to tell you.
They do not want to pay full price, and they surely do not want you to pay full price either.
The manufacturers can still profit even if they sell the items at a discount.
