I think that only those who live in your country can reply to your questions. Where I get coupons in Switzerland is useless to you.

Some coupons can be found at news papers, you just need to cut them. Other coupons can be found online. There are also some employees of restaurants who were giving free coupons to bystanders.

They might put there as discounted price but in some cases, they are just trying to fool people. But that happens only in a very minimal case. Why don't you ask those who are using the coupons? I am sure they are happy to tell you. They do not want to pay full price, and they surely do not want you to pay full price either. The manufacturers can still profit even if they sell the items at a discount.

I have not yet encounter coupons though I have heard of them. Most of them are not applicable I think in our country unless it is online selling probably.
