Well this is two mornings in a row that we woke up to snow on the ground. Not only on the ground, on the car, on the fence and just about everything else.
It is also about 20 degrees colder than normal. As you can imagine, having come from 80 degrees, dealing with 40 or less is quite a shock. I have to go out this morning since I have a dentist appointment. Burrrrrrr.
Are you having a normal spring or fall where you live. The weather is crazy this year!!

@marlina No and we had more, it snowed all day and now it is frozen it is so cold. It is like winter for sure.

Yikes, I guess you should have stayed in Florida for a bit longer. I'm sure this was a shock to your system. We had a snow storm a few days ago but it melted the same day.

lol In New England where I live it can even happen in May but it is not common. Our weather is variable.

@BelleStarr As I am experiencing a very hot dry summer,looking at that snow makes me feel strange.What a contrast.The photo is very beautiful.

Last night it was so cold that everything is frozen here. It is still in the low 20s s nothing will thaw for days.

@BelleStarr If the seasons are behaving so illogically then maybe you will get some springy snow in summer instead.

This snow isn't even springy to walk on, it sleeted and frize over so it is hard and slippery!! Very cold still.

@Asylum We have never had snow in summer but in early May, yes we have. Our weather in New ENgland is unpredictable.

I think so too but I had an appointment with my accountant and I am giving a tour of my church on Saturday so I had to come back. Burrrr

It is a real roller coaster ride this spring all over the country I think. Though Louisville is usually gorgeous by the first weekend of May for the Derby!!

We are having crazy weather all over the world. I suspect that here the issue is El Nino which does cause major weather changes.

@BelleStarr Yes,El Nino does have a bearing effect on the weather. A few months back our city was reeling under a severe monsoon floods.

Your picture looks exactly like it is here- a shockeroo for you after Florida Iz for sure. Just got notice I'm having my hip surgery next month- yuk! But I know I will be glad in the end. :)

Are you getting a replacement? I hear that hip replacements are much easier to recover from than knee replacements. Let me know the date so I can out you on the prayer line. I am soooo cold!!

@BelleStarr Yes you must be cold after sunny Florida Iz. May 25th is the date and yes please do- I want all the help I can get- especially from all my friends upstairs- (My mom's saying)- ha! I don't like operations of any kind but have to do it. :/

You sure have that right the weather is crazy all around the world. Yesterday it was beautiful here and I didn't even have to wear a coat. I can't believe how warm it was after having 27 degrees the night before then going up to 67 degrees, that is so strange.

We cannot tell by the weather anymore when we will have Spring or Summer as our weather now does seem to be unpredictable.

It is just cold and we are not so used to it anymore, we will be fine in a couple days when the temps get back into the 50s. lol

The snow missed us but it's gotten so cold I had to put the heat on again. Guess you left Florida a little too soon but I know you had dental issues so hope goes well today

Yes I went to the dentist yesterday and I will be getting the temporary crown on Wednesday. I had other commitments as well so we did need to come home but I am hating the cold.

I think I prefer the cold to the heat so I am not sure which of us is the luckiest!! lol
