Money is an illusion of power. What really brings power, is respect gained by others. Not money being thrown at it or the items you own. Yes, people can be bought. And that is sad. When you think about it and do research on it, money is an illusion.

Money is not power, it can not buy you intelligence,love and many important things in life.Money is a means to live comfortably

Money is not power but a tool to gain power.

I think it depends from person to person. The one who has money might be craving for love happiness. Whereas the person who has got a beautiful family might be craving for money. So the person who doesn't make enough money might think that money is power but the one who has got money might know it is powerless.

Money is created by human but it can control his life with its power. Today living with shortage of money is just like living with shortage of oxygen. A status of a person is determine by money so money is power today.

what kind of power? Dictatorial power, aristocratic power, bureaucratic power.. which one?

Money is not god but it is not less than God. Money is power and with power comes great responsibility.
