The scales are wrong

The scales are wrong Normally I don’t bother with weighing myself, although I know I’ve put a little weight on. The other week one on the housemates I live with said about the scales and if they were accurate or not. Until then I had not used the scales. Well I decided I would weight myself, 12 Stone 2lb’s (170 lbs) never, never been that weight in my life, must be wrong!! The following day I weighed myself again and I had lost 10lb’s, weighing in at 11 Stone 6 lb’s, which is more like my weight. Since then I do weigh myself every so often but I know the scales are often wrong and nothing like what my weight should be. Time to buy new scales I think.

yes in fact Im having a string problem as the weight I lost came off my waist and my butt so I get pressure sores on my seat from sitting here so long and my skirts are all a bitt too lose n my waist b ut oddly I have not lost yet from my abdomen so thats all that keeps my now skirts from falling off.i n fact one skirt now no longer fits me and fell off when I tried to wear it.So if I lose a few pounds arou nd my abdomen I will need to buy some new skirts lo. hope I do as my goal is 150 and now I weigh 167.Iwas 187 so have made some strides lol

It does sound like you may need to be a new scale so you can know your true weight.

I think it was last week or two weeks ago when we went to my son's Paediatrician. I weighed myself and was surprised when it showed 54kg. I thought I was still at 52kg. But it was a good surprise because I've been wanting to go back to 55kg.

@infatuatedbby It goes up and down, no two days are the same. I'll look for a reset button.

If it is a digital scale, I find them not very reliable.
