Do you like to cycle?

The husband surprised me with a folding bike as his gift for my birthday! We were just talking about how I can try to get fit and we thought if I cycle, it might make me lose *some* of my fats Ever since I got the bike, I think I have only used it once but this is because the heat is a bit unbearable these days and it is not really advisable to be out and about. Though I do like to cycle. How about you? Do you like to cycle?

Yes it was an unexpected gift and it really took me by surprise! Go and get yourself one! If it is not too dangerous here in our area, I would have used it for errands and all.

@hydraa The danger I am referring to is the high volume of vehicles passing by our street. The government has used the street close to my home to be an alternate route if the main highway is congested.

I love cycling. It's a great way to lose weight especially around the tummy area and the legs! Enjoy ur cycle during the evenings. It will be worth it!

My husband tells me that it is a good way for me to lose my tummy fat! Thanks! I was only able to do it once... Suddenly our schedule got too busy but will definitely make time for it!

I don't have. A bike by we have a cycle machine the seat hurts my bum though so I don't use it often!

When I was a kid, I used to do it at my parents' place. Now, no. I don't even know if it's safe considering the accidents I see on papers.

I remember when I was a kid, I usually borrow my neighbor's bike so as to just play around the compound. It is a bit difficult to go around now these days especially if you are not that alert with the roads and the cars coming behind you (that is my problem which is why I steer away from the main roads for the time being). Though I think there should be some laws passed about this.
