What's for dinner? April 7

Hello everyone! What's for dinner tonight? I want to know!
I am making ham steaks, homemade creamy mashed potatoes, and sauteed zucchini, and steamed green beans for our dinner this evening. Everything is easy to make. The most effort will be the mashed potatoes and even that is just a matter of mashing them up with the metal masher and mixing in some cream and sour cream. We've been having a lot of leftovers this week so it will be nice to have a fresh meal tonight.
That's what's going on the table here. What is happening in your house?

Your dinner sounds delicious! We had pork roast and fried zucchini. Normally we would have mashed potatoes, but we've been eating leftover potatoes all week from Sunday's dinner. We also had salad and mixed vegetables.

I cooked (perhaps a better word would be provided) 3 meals in the last 3 nights - roasted chicken with potato wedges on Monday, frozen lasagna on Tuesday, frozen roast beef in gravy and mashed potatoes last night. Tonight I'm throwing a frozen pizza in the oven (Rustico is fantastic pizza). I do not cook every night but since hubby is going to be looking for lunches for work the next 4 nights, I wanted left overs.

Because of the rotten weather that we are having, it's going to be soup and french bread. Something to warm us up!!
