No Sunshine Going to Rain Again Hopefully

Im fine again but thanks to my forgetting and using creamer in my coffee I had an hour off severe abdominai cramps and diarrhea
severe.So fr om now on either I use plaln milk or go black on my coffee.
Whatever is in that creamer seems to be almost lethal to m y body ugh.So
the rest of today has to be w onderful in comparison. Still at 6.9869 b ut should change to 7soon and hopefully get to 8 by bedtime. Making my goal again and still having. fun too

Yes I hope so too as its overcast and the clouds look like rain clouds I believe its starting to drizzle not rainig hard just more than a mist.
