How to get rid of this nasty habit here at myLot?

I cannot help but look at the bank which you know we can see on the top right hand corner of the page. I get tempted to achieve a round figure before the myLot clock strikes twelve and for that I spend more time here. I know this is wrong. I have a whole lot of chores to attend to in my real world. 
Any clues on how to ignore that bank or are you also sailing in the same boat as me?

That is a good approach. I too must stop turning my eyes in the direction of the bank and just myLot. I have 2 cents to get to the round figure and in an hour the day will close. It is really not necessary that I should run after those 2cents

Yup that rounding figure bugs me too. Not as much as the earnings. LOL Since I have been using my phone. They don't display earnings there. So, no temptations. I am doing good without that.

MyLot can be very addictive and I have always spent my time here refreshing the page to see the money on the bank changing.

I never monitored mine since day 1.
What do I do? Keep myself busy by working on my remote jobs and post here on myLot from time to time. What else? Fall in love.

I've only been here a few days but I'm the same!
I keep checking how much I've earnt. Maybe it's just early days & I'll get out of it eventually... hopefully

I don't set my goal based on the earnings, so I don't always look at my total earnings to date. I am always working hard to clear my notifications here, so they won't go missing, and I wish I don't neglect anyone who replied me. So, my focus when I am on mylot is the notifications, the earning is always being ignored.

This is pretty much the same problem we were both having yesterday.. being addicted to mylot lol. My total hasn't increased much today. Usually by the time I go to sleep and wake up in the morning it has gone up more. I feel if I sit here watching the total it just is at a standstill.

Today when the myLot clock struck 12 I was .003 cents less than the round figure I was waiting for and you can imagine how shamelessly busy I was. I must stop this. (lol)

I will have to do some calculations about the distance between your right eye and left eye and then justify your claims why you have to make a conscious effort to look in that direction

Try to do what I'm doing. I mylot and watch tv at the same time. I don't look at the bank at all. I think i just don't care how much I'm earning hahaha!
