Stepping Out For a Bit for Some Lunch

So, I'm stepping out for a bit to go grab some lunch . Not sure what I'll have but most likely it'll be a cup of rice, steamed something (chicken, most likely. LOL!), a piece of fruit like apple or pear, and two cups of soup. If all else fails, I'll get the hot shrimp salad in one of the restaurants in the building. Really paying attention to what I eat nowadays. Been losing weight with all my physical activities and exercises but I feel like I'm gaining back what I lose because of my poor eating habits. Anyway, I'm always trying to eat a big breakfast so I don't get hungry easily in the morning. I'm also snacking on fruits and nuts a lot throughout the day plus I'm trying my best to not have any more solid food after 6pm. I stick to water, lots of it, and a single serving of my nutrimeal shake. I've been doing the 'no food after six' thing for the past week or so and I'm feeling a bit better. So see you guys and girls in a bit. For those who are about to take a meal or snack break from mylot, what are you having?

I been trying to eat healthy as well and not snack as much during the day while at work. It seems to help when I have a big breakfast also. I lost a pound so that's something. And now that the weather is warmer i can start walking again as well.

My body is like a yo-yo actually . I would get fat but after sometime would get thin. Now that i am taking the apple cider vinegar remedy , it seems i am on my ideal weight . But for lunch i bought "dalagang bukid " in black beans and slices of string beans cooked adobo style. Our food concessionaire can really cook delicious foods that when i go there to buy i can't decide what to buy . I want them all.
