Sorting through some pictures, I found this one from the London Underground training school at West Kensington. Sometimes it is necessary to work on the tracks with a train close by and this simulator allowed staff to practise the procedures in safety, while on the 6th floor of the school. Since the train is bound for Upminster, that would make it a 'D' stock model, although the front windows are not quite right.

Its cool you know your trains Ron..You really have some treasures of photos. This is an excellent one. I can hear the sounds in the tunnels as I look at it.
