Photo taken by me – The statue of a Gymnast in Manchester city centre.

It was very foggy when I got up, but it cleared quickly to the warmest sunshine day yet this year. After checking my mum was alright I went to my Welfare meeting, which was over quickly and without fuss today. Though my big Steampunk radio play has now been postponed as the theatre manager feels he needs to give more time to its technical needs and sound engineering, one of my shorter more straight forward plays may be staged at the end of the month. I edited lots of photos today, 6999 to go. I have added a photo of the statue of a Gymnast in Manchester city centre. I found an online register of public speakers due to launch in June so I started preparing a profile for that. A website that paid for writings, The Daily Heckle, seems to have folded – lots of essays I wrote for them have gone. Arthur Chappell

@teamfreak16 it still depends on theatre management getting their act together but it needs only limited tech

Your photo editing sounds a little like mine - I have thousands, but I love taking photos as I walk every day, or wherever I am.

It was a beautiful morning here, with mist rolling over the Flatlands.

@Poppylicious I quite like fog and mist - it creates an interesting change to the landscape

You must have a few pictures. You didn't save a copy of your work on The Daily Heckle? What a shame.

I though steam-punk was more of a visual thing. How does it play out as a radio play?
