Tired of a long hour of exercise? Why not try 7 minute workout. I am pretty sure most of them would already be knowing about the 7 minute workout. I found this app few months back. And it really helped me shape my body again. Following this app workout, helped me get rid of my tummy. The app has got a timer and the voice support. The workout consist of jumping jacks, wall sit, push-ups, abdominal crunches, step-ups, squats, triceps dips, plank, high knees, lunges, push-up rotations and side plank. There are three set of these workouts. I believe it’s difficult to follow all the three set, but doing only two sets of it every day also gives a good result. I started losing my weight within a couple of weeks. Also, I felt energetic and fresh every day. Have you used this app? Have you followed the workouts? How was your experience?

I have a video of 35 minute high intensity training which i do daily. However you are right that short workouts are good to start with. Normally people start with tough work out session, in a week or so they get exhausted and quit working out totally, so its better to take one step at a time.

No i haven't used that app. this is the first time i've heard of it. I don't enjoy exercising at all that's why I don't use applications on my phone for such. However, i go to yoga class three times a week, I ride my bicycle at a fast speed at a distance of 35kmph at least. And i enjoy doing those because I do it with my family and friends. It gives me joy to spend time with them and staying fit at the same time.

1minute 5minute 7minute 30minute. I've tried all those but nothing gives me more satisfaction than jogging in a park at dawn. What are your thoughts about it?

yes, I use to jog too. But since I have moved into a new city I mostly do indoor exercises here. I am surely be continuing with jogging in the near future because it doesn't feel like work.

Yes i have tried it and did it for a long time. Presently i prefer going to gym, for cardio activities. Everyone needs a stroke early morning to wake up from sleep, mine is running and a short session of meditation. So it depends on an individual what makes them happy and refreshed.
