Double look at my Outfit before I go outside to get the mail...

Today for my pajamas I'm wearing Hello Kitty patterned pants with a white lace cami. I had to double check what I'm wearing before I go out.. Since it's only afternoon - no one's outside so I ran outside to get my mail and came back in.
I don't care what I wear but I don't want to go outside when everyone's coming home and staring at me since the mail box is around the corner
Do you mind what you wear when you go get your mail? Or go around the block? Walking your dog? Etc.
I know my boyfriend does not want to be seen in pajamas outdoors. In the backyard is fine but the front yard - it's a no/no for him.

My husband never wears pajamas around. He literally puts them on right before getting in bed and takes them off as soon as he gets up. Me on the other hand, I am always in pajamas. I only get embarrassed when the UPS or FedEx man comes later in the afternoon and I have to run outside to get my dogs, they must think I never get dressed!

Hehe I think a lot of men don't like pajamas too then! My boyfriend has a lot but he only wears them to sleep. I am always in pajamas or pajama dresses or some sort of pajamas - they're too comfortable to not be in!

@infatuatedbby I am always in them too! I buy him a new pair of pajama's every year for Christmas but we both know who they are really for!

Although my pajamas is not sexy at all. However, I never wear pajamas outdoors, even if just for a while. It is OK for me to wear in casual but it will not be in pajamas. I don't really know why. Perhaps I will feel embarrassed to wear pajamas to go outside.

Oh no - I won't wear like silky or anything outside. Just regular cotton plaid or something He-he.

I don't have to go out for mail as the postman puts it through the door.
When I do go out I don't take much care of my appearance...I went out the front of our house the other day with just my boxers on to put out the recycling for collection

In just boxers! Do you have a lot of neighbors that are outside? 
My boyfriend lives in a little community where the neighbor is very nearby. I feel as if they stare at you sometimes too, lol. Majority are home with kids.1 person likes this

I wouldn't wear pajamas if I was going somewhere, otherwise, I really don't care what I look like. My girlfriend does, but not me.

As long as I'm covered, I won't mind. I usually go out of my room in PJs, or when I buy food beside my dorm. Almost all people do that because there are a lot of students nearby and they are also in their PJs.

My mail is attached to the house I live in, so I literaly just go in the closet when I want to check the mail. I do not leave the house unless I am wearing jeans or some type of other pants - not pajama pants - for some reason that is my pet peeve for sure. I think for getting mail it is OK, but for everything else I would get dressed. Lol!

That is awesome you don't have to go too far. At my boyfriends - there is a community mail box where there is like 9 homes who share the same box and every corner has one. At my parents - the mail box is infront of our home so we don't have to walk far..

The lady across the street when grocery shopping in her jammies lol. It was winter which meant she was wearing boots and a coat and no one would really have guessed if they hadn't had the same set. I recognized them. I said to myself... You Go Girl! lol

Yes, I am conscious of how I look when I get out of the house/gate. Just for self confidence and to make me comfortable.
