Proper time to exercise?

Every morning I would do some light stretching on the bed but not so much because I ate just a fruit and wait at least an hour or two before I could do more stretching and exercise. Unfortunately, I don't exercise at all If i waited for too long because there's no work out for me with out a little bit on my stomach. I wonder what's your proper time to exercise? do you eat small breakfast before you work out?

Hello @Yar_Joey I usually eat just the banana in the morning, and then afternoon I would eat another but by a form of shake w/ the moringa leaves. walking is a natural form of exercise,but lately i just do it at the garden.

@Letranknight2015 have 4-5 eggs then separate the egg white. You can throw away the yolk because it contains lots of calories which is unhealthy. Add salt in the egg white and mix. Place it in the oven and wait for 3 minutes. Then mix it again and place it in the oven for another 5 minutes. Then you have yourself protein meal :D oh it bananas with eat for your sugar and potassium needs and also it helps preventing your body from muscle aches after workout. cheers :D

@Letranknight2015 Basically it's just accompanying my husband to the park for his jogs then get some of the local breakfasts like fried fritters for the morning porridge and a walk upstairs to the apartment avoiding to use the escalator.

I always think it's good to do exercise in the morning. I used to go jogging in the morning (for a short period only). I found out that I have to eat something, but not too much, either way would make me not feeling well. So, I usually just drank a cup of Milo, and a few biscuits. Well, these might not be healthy food, but easy for me to eat in the morning. Perhaps a energy bar would be better?

Tues and Thursday I do my workout and stretching,pump a little iron. There is no proper time.You should make a schedule and work it from there. For me.Monday,Wednesday,Friday is tennis and Zumba. tuesday and thursday is my work out.Been doing this for years This is all up to you

Hello @amadeo I did some push ups but not long because my wrist started hurting after 2 minutes of push up.It's a good to have different routine of exercise. my basketball would come in sometime next month through the box, i might do some dribbling exercise too.
