Got my splinter out from under my fingernail.

I had a splinter way underneath my nail. Hurt like crazy. Scared of the docs. But it grew out on it's own. I cut the nail all the way down and the nail grew out with the splinter on it. Took it off with my fingernail !!! If anybody gets a splinter under their fingernail, just let it grow out on its own. Best wishes, Di

Ouch, I know how painful this is. Letting the splinter grow out by itself is a good idea.

Ouch but glad its gone and I don't think I would ever consider going to the ER for a splinter anywhere . . .

Talk about a sting. It's a bee sting ten times over. Just have to keep water off of it.
