~It Was Already Done For Me!~

Before church this morning we were running late and I felt like a chicken with my head cut off. I was racing to get everyone ready, plus feeding and changing the baby, etc... I had absolutely no time for cleaning up before we left. I was planning on cleaning the house once we got home.
Well we got home and my friend/guest cleaned the house for me!! She did the dishes, swept the floor, made the kids beds, folded some laundry, etc... I was completely shocked and so grateful! I must have thanked her 8 times. Lol.

Oh, that is totally a great guest to have. I hate coming home to a dirty house, like this past weekend I have been so busy, I have a sinkful of dishes to tackle today, that doesn't include the shower I need or the laundry that has to be done. So I probably won't be here that long today, depending on how quickly I can clean.

@Carmelanirel2 Yeah, it was so nice! I thought i was going to have all of that to do so it was definitely a nice surprise! =) I hope you get finished with cleaning early so you can be here sooner.

Wow! That's a swell guest you got there. I can feel how difficult it is for you since I am also running the household as my maid has left. Although I am teaching my kids, two of them are now teenagers, to assume household responsibilities, I still need to get angry to get them moving.

I have to get angry with mine sometimes too for them to do their school work, I wish they would just listen the first time. Lol

What a wonderful surprise! I love coming home to a clean house but I don't usually have anyone else over to clean for or with me. I am pretty stuck in my ways which is why my husband doesn't do much unless I ask.

That was nice of your friend to clean the house for you. Atleast it's one less thing for you to worry about and you can sit back and enjoy the rest of the day

I guess I am just one of the few husbands who love to clean the whole house including the yards.
