How fast is your internet?

Speedtest.net showed only 1Mbps. So slow that it took me minutes to load up speedtest.nest by ookla. As far as I can remember our subscription is 4Mbps since we don't need the internet that much. But, cmon I only got 1/4 of it.
My friend who own a computer shop has 100Mbps. I just go to their shop everytime I wanted to download movies or series, because it is too fast and no buffering. But of course, their subscription is 10x more expensive than mine.
I envy other countries, where I've been, there are places with free wifi and their internet is so fast.

@zaga_cleuth,For the last few days I am having a fast internet,but how long it remains fast is yet to be seen.We don't have a fast internet in India.

Maybe it is like our internet here in the Philippines. Very few people can avail high speed internet . Because the rate of payment depends on how many MB. Which is the fastest , the highest consumable MB of internet, the more expensive also.

@zaga_cleuth Recently I had come across a news that South Korea enjoys the highest speed of internet.Even faster than what it is in the USA.

Yes because if it is being use for important purposes, then mine is the worst and reliable. How fast is your internet?

you can check the speed of your internet by trying this website..
speedtest.net
Just to make clear im not related to anyone who owns that website, it's just that, almost everyone here in the philippines use that to check the internet speed. I don't know if it will work to your place.
