YouTube Videos: Zumba 2

After I was doing Lauren Fitz's zumba videos (which I talked about last week, I was looking for other zumba videos to do. By the way, Lauren Fitz doesn't do traditional zumba. I found a great beginner zumba video. I found another traditional zumba video, but it is in a different language. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eFBO47q1WBs Then I found a great and fun zumba that is set to Persian music. I love the music and the moves. It is longer than Lauren Fitz's zumba videos, but it is fun. I take breaks when I do it. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3wul79m1BKY

@tecchigurl for us here its free and we are doing it inside the mall at 10:00 am to 11:00 every MWF

I haven't tried joining a zumba class or session but I'd love to experience it. I'm starting to gain more weight!

Zumba is fun but highly energetic. I had trouble keeping up with it in the exercise class I took.

I can imagine that ringing the changes in this way would keep you more interested than continually doing the same routine.
