I just thought to ask about something and now I am too late. I ordered a modem on amazon a few hour ago. I went to the site and asked if it was still under warranty and came with a password for tech help. I submit the info and leave the site. I go check in my email account an there it's shipped. Now,I am going to have to pay to ship it back or hope for the best. I am sure going to use it while saving up for the new one I will be buying. The last one lasted about 3 years so that was ok.

hope amazon don't let you get ripped off. I bought a laptop last year from a seller there and it didn't work and when I sent it back he got away with saying he didn't get it back even though I sent amazon proof they still said they could not refund the money and he wouldn't so I got ripped off 400 plus bucks! I have not bought anything there since. better be careful

Oh shoot that is terrible. I am sure you even had tracking as well. I am not going to send it back though.
