I know you are asking who is Maggie? Well Maggie was a Kelpie who lived on an Australian Farm. So what is a Kelpie? It is a breed of dog. As I was looking over news that had nothing to do with politics I found this story about Maggie, who was believed to be the oldest living dog in the world at 30, years old which would make her the equivalent of a 200 year old human. She almost outlived her master! What do you think about this story?

Thirty is a long time for a dog to live.

The little clip says she was 30 years old, not that it matters. They are great dogs, kelpies, and usually used to work stock.

Maggie had lived to the fullest with her master. I hope my dogs will live longer than her.

She certainly lived a long life and I imagine her master will be lost without her. RIP Maggie

Certain breeds will definitely live longer @Berniezeitler . Depending on the food eaten will definitely make a dog live longer. Activity levels are also key. You can tell her age by the white hair in the face. Pretty impressive I would say. The oldest cat was 34.

I hope she lived an awesome life before she set forth for her heavenly abode.

Ah, glad she had a good, long life. I'm still grieving my horse, who made it to 106 1/2.

The dog must have lived on a very healthy life style to be able to live that long.
