Remember to be grateful for everything, even stress

Actually I was about to write the title "More stress are added", then I changed my mind, and think it'd be better for me to think positive. There is a sudden change to my new project, the timeline is changed from 3 months to 1 month. I am revising my plan and thinking how I can make things work. THINK POSITIVE: This change is good, so we can complete the project as soon as possible, we can receive the money soon and I can be more relaxed later. I was just told, my parents-in-law are visiting us end of this month. I am happy for their visit, but I have to clean and organize my home, or at least the guest room for them. This really adds in more stress to my plate, as I am still trying to hold my plate firmly without letting it fall. THINK POSITIVE: This is good, as it'll push me to clean my home and get things organized before my baby comes. Thinking positively and being grateful for everything do help me to calm down myself and have a clearer mind, especially to accept changes. It's good for me to learn this. What do you do when there are sudden changes?

Sometimes it seems there isn't just one change but several, as in your case, and the stress can build. Hopefully the in-laws are coming to visit and enjoy time with you both and won't be too judgemental. Thinking positively is a great start.

I am thankful for my parents-in-law as they are nice and quite understanding. It's just me that want to at least clean up a bit for them. My parents are coming over this weekend too, so I might need to spend time with them, and might not have much time to work. But, family always comes first, so I'll have to work harder in order to have time for them.

i train myself to see good in every bad situation. and it isnt that easy honestly. in your case though, i guess i would panic for a time and then i better get started on the first day i was told the timeline has been reduced. goodluck to you. just think that it was given to you because you can do it.

I have been learning over the years as well. I am quite surprise I can handle this quite well this time. I learned to be quiet first, then accept, after that I sleep through it and make a plan for it. Thanks. Yes, I believe I can do it. If not, then it's a lesson for me.

Wow you sound busy to say the least. I also have to look at things positively. Negativity wastes too much time. Lol. Best of luck to you!

Thanks. It just happens that everything comes to me at the same time. Perhaps it's a good lesson for me to learn and grow. Yes, thinking negatively or worrying too much really makes things worse and pointless at all. I used to suffer because of stress, now I learned to let go and think positive as well.

Perhaps it's just something we need to learn, since there are always changes in our life. I used to get stressed easily, especially when it comes to work and deadline!! I just have to learn to let go and handle the work, stress only pulls me down but not helps me at all.

Either stress or not, I always considered it as a gift from God. He will not going to give such stress to us if we can't handle it

That's good! You really have a very positive mindset. I just read something similar lately, we will not be given something we can't handle. So, no matter how many things are on my plate, I believe I can do them, hence I am given these.

I always talk to myself. Sometimes I even talk out loud. But I learned that it's a good way to do so.
