Do the education system needs serious reforms?

I can't respond this question by a conclusive answer, because we are in two different countries and the educational systems are not the same. In my country it sure needs serious reforms.

Yes there is a wide gap in education system 'mainly Teaching aspect'. The preferences falling below the levels of International standards.
