I think I had an epiphany! I've been stressing over various things in my life but I think I finally figured out how to solve my problem. I realized what I need to do while laying in bed last night. Have you ever had an epiphany or "aha moment"? Have you ever just suddenly came out with a good idea?

I have epiphanies everyday when I wake up! This occurs to me in the very fist seconds after I awake. I call this brief moments, ¨Spiritual awakenings.¨ These Spiritual Awakenings last for as long as three or four seconds, after this lapse of time, everything returns to ordinary; daily life, problems, food, bad news, TV, etc......

Ha, yeah sometimes I think of some "really great ideas" then reality sets in. I guess it's up to you to act upon these ideas if you really want them to come a reality.

@Bellatricks Most of the time, we are living a reality that is real for the time being. The other reality is so brief that it is almost imposible to record in the mind.

Very nice. I always seem to have that epiphany moment when I am about to fall asleep or while I am asleep. Better late than never. Glad you came up with a solution to your problem.

I think that has happened to me, but it took a long, long time to eventually get to that point. I go over things in my mind - over and over - and often it feels like I hit a wall and can't go beyond that. Then one day after going over it AGAIN, it's like "poof" - the magic answer appears. I don't know why, but perhaps I shouldn't question it. Maybe it's a necessity to have these stresses fester a bit - let it simmer for a while and voila, a nice flavor appears!

Those aha moments usually come when least expected. Glad you had an epiphany!!! An epiphany sure does come in handy!
