Wow now I have been 11 days with no alcohol! amazing!

Well I feel better. But one thing I love is how I have lost weight. I want to lose it all. Then do tons of sit ups until my belly has muscles. But for now just doing workouts to burn all the fat. It is amazing what a difference, cutting out soda, beer, and junk food does. I will probably just eat out and drink beer maybe once a week from now on. I will see how it goes. I am hungry now.. time to make some breakfast. Blessings !
