How can I get a premium forum?

I wanted to have a small community or forum with own domain and its premium but I can't purchase one because I don't have credit card. Yes, I have paypal but it wont link to my debit card since it's only a debit without a bank account, I just use my card for payroll purposes. Thus, my paypal balance is not enough to purchase premium account from a forum host. Is there any way I could pay and purchase a premium forum? Is there any trusted forum host accept payment method thru money or wire transfer (ie Western Union)? Thanks.

But you can buy a domain the start your forum from scratch.Or you can go to emoneyspace.com there i have seen forums being sold for how much i cant answer.

Let me check the site. If ever i try to buy one, is there a chance to change the domain? Sorry for my question, I'm not that techy person. Thanks @miniam

@miniam If ever I want to buy an existing forum on the source you recommend, can i change the domain address? For instance, I bought wwwyourdomain.com then I'll change to wwwmydomain.com, is that possible or do i need to buy new one?
