So when I was losing weight last year, I used to drink coffee whenever I was craving food way too early before I should be wanting to eat. It really did help having a hot drink to curb my cravings for food. I know I should probably drink tea instead, but i do love my coffee and hot tea isn't my favorite thing in the world to drink. How do you stop yourself from eating when you shouldn't? If you drink hot drinks too, what is your drink of choice?
