Hi friends I have invited a family for dinner this week end. I am good at cooking non vegetarian. But this family is a vegetarian family. Could you help me with nice recipe of veg starters and main course. suggestions please. I wish to get a simple delicious recipes.

@destimona I love the eggplant Parmigiana, the taste is similar to lasagne, but there is not meat in the recipe. This morning I have seen a white Parmigiana with zucchini, white sauce with herbs and slices of cheese, it sounds interesting.

I love a good pizza. Spinach is my favorite.
There's nothing nicer than a fresh pizza, except a fresh pizza smothered in pesto and creamy ricotta!
