Computer Popups

Who hates computer popups? I do they are nuisance and I used to be able to just x out of them, but for some reason the last two days every time I tried to log in to two sites that I write for a popup popped up and then a security notice warning about popups of been allowed on your computer please call this number blah, blah, blah.

Me! I used to have them on my blog. I removed them because they were annoying.

I have a popup blocker but for some reason it was disabled but now it is enabled.
