Out of Moringa
April 25, 2016 5:48pm CST
After cutting down the last stalk, I decided to put most of it in the fridge. Though, they still rot but slower compare to when they're stored outside, not to mention the pods had dried already. But before that I was able to replant most of them and will wait for a couple of months before they start to growing into a small tree. Though the main tree already had sprouts on it, I don't want to harvest it yet as it will grow more in a couple of weeks or months. I've said this already that this plant had tons of vitamins, minerals and amino acids on it. But more importantly this helped solve my indigestion and kept me from taking coffee twice. Though I only have a bowl left, my brother gave me some who had better and healthier moringa leaves.

It was seriously hard for me to dump or people would say it's because of constipation, which i had in years. when i took this veggie, at first i thought i had diarrhea but it was helping to cleanse my intestines. I thought of stopping to drink juice, soda would help but indigestion still there. ever since I drank shake, eat noodles that has these leaves, i never had problems with dumping my waste. these are other reasosn why I take the leaves in my everyday meal. http://fitlife.tv/30-amazing-benefits-of-moringa-plant-for-skin-hair-and-health/
