it isnt really that hard, all you have to do is restrict your diet. remember that you have goals and in order to meet those goals, you nees to exert restraint for a limited period of time. a lot of people say its better to just change your lifestyle and your diet altogether. but if you want to lose a lot of weight in a shorter amount of time, limit your caloric intake to about 1000-1200 and exercise off at least 10% of what you ingest a day. remember that everyday activites also burn cals, so you don't have to be in the gym all day. 15-30 min of exercise a day is good, too.
