Yes, they caught me eating ice cream and they ask me where it came from. I said, I bought it this morning when I made a shopping some stuff. They asked me because I bought their favorite flavor, the ube macapuno one. I told them, it's up to both of you, you are old enough and they just laugh and get some. Wow, it's very delicious and it's good to fight the hotness of the afternoon. Sometimes, we made some cheat meals and it's okey if we made it gradually.

I do not have cheat meals; I do not eat pork meat, and I eat more root crops now like camote.

I only eat ice cream my friend and yes, we used to eat root crops like yam, camote and also green leafy veggies like camote tops.

@ida123 It is hard when one has diabetes, but I am now trying to live within my restrictions, and altho' I am losing weight, I feel better now, and I have lesser head aches now.

Yes,eating ice cream sometimes is good and its very delicious but my 2 companions here are both diabetics, they are restricted to eat that and they caught me, so I give them and let them have it.

Anyway , we can always eat what we want as long as we know our limitation . At this hot weather , anything cold to eat is a very welcome treat .

We found this Dan eric ice cream brand and it's much cheaper than the popular Selecta brand that's why we are eating ice cream now almost everyday

to fight the heat, good thing I'm not over weight and by God's grace i have no health issues

We don't have that brand here in our mall, we have only selecta and magnolia brands here. Good that you have no health issues not like my 2 boys who are both diabetics so we limit and watch our sweet intakes.

Ube and macapuno a combination of two foods is one of the popular flavors here but I only buy this ice cream just to satisfy my cravings.

I love ice cream too. I guess you cannot bear the heat so you bought one. It is same with me. Ice cream no matter what flavor is it has been my all time favorite. But too much ice cream is not good. So just have it in moderation only.

Yes, when we eat too much ice cream or any sweet foods our sugar will shoot. So when we eat ice cream, eat it moderately.

Can you imagine that when you wash a t shirt at 1:00 P.M. it will dry for 2 hours only the is what we experience now, too hot here.

Oh yum!! macapuno and ube flavoured ice cream are two of my favourites..It's very expensive so I don't buy it .. It's about $20 for a litre.. It probably even more expensive now

Yes, most of us loves ice cream and I craved that for a long time now but yesterday, I haven't resisted my cravings, I bought half gallon and they caught me eating, so I give them little ice cream.
