I see my discussion about Tommy Heavenly6 in category interesting discussion even it doesn't have any response. What make some of discussion list in category of interesting discussion?

The 'interesting' is entirely a personal list to you, and it's based on your own tags. So other people would not have it in their list unless they had the same tags as you on one of their posts.

@AkamaruKei Yes, posts can appear on more than one list. For instance the 'top' and 'hot' lists often have the same posts on them, even though they may be in a different order.
