Hello everyone, how are you doing today? I have been away for a while not intentionally but life happens and I have been away doing things that need to get done. Today I want to talk about climbing out of the black hole. What does that mean? The black hole in my life is the negative aspects of my life which suck the life out of you consuming your mind, body and soul. Wherever the mind goes the body follows. Sometimes the lives we live can become very strenuous and when it does the body weakens as a result. If this goes on for long periods of times it leads to other problems. For some people this is not a big problem or one that lasts for long periods of times. Most times they go through these things when they have something big happen in their lives like the loss of a person in their lives. Others have this problem as a regular occurrence. Now whether you have this as a result of a horrid situation that has happened or just because you suffer from it on a regular basis it's the same difference it sucks. However it is not to say that we are totally helpless. We can do little things to help ourselves get better or at least prevent it from getting worse. Right now my life's a mess. I have lots on my plate and it is and has been very overwhelming for me.l won't go into details but if you are reading this I want to let you know that you are not alone. You have to give yourself a break step back away from it all and take a minute to catch your breath. When you do don't just jump back in and try to run start at a slow but study pace. Slow and steady wins the race. I compartmentalize things and it helps me. Do what works for you not what works for everyone else. Whatever you do don't give up. I stepped back took a break caught my breath and now I am slowly fighting through it. Nothing lasts forever it might be raining in your life right now but it can't forever so you just have to hang in there. I decided that it is in my best interest to do things that either bring me joy or that don't cause me stress. No matter what it is that I am doing as long as I am doing something. I will push through it . If it helps you to draw do it talk walk write whatever it is do it the more you do the easier it will get. The sooner you get out of the place you are in and to the place you want to be. It will be a long journey but in the worth the effort. My body is on autopilot right now. Slowly recovering and the mind will see the light and in time all will be right again. We can climb out of the black hole and it will be behind us hopefully we won't ever fall in its grasp again. It may be dark but we must endure and never give up. Thanks for reading.

We have to engage in activities that we love. We'll all face trials but we can overcome them.We have to think about positive things and connect with positive information. Great share.

Yes staying positive makes a big difference in it all. Thanks I just felt that it would help me to get it out of my head and posting it here was as if I talked to someone about it.

Either or you rmain in place or you get sucked by the black whole! Whenever I feel like I´m on the edge of the event horizon, I try to look out into the side that´s more spendourous to me. Problem may come but do not remain on my side. I try to solve them and continue on going. It´s better to stay active than inactive and waiting.

A very lucid and enlightening description of depression. I say 'enlightening' because it's a hard subject to understand as I've never suffered myself. I wish you all the best in your continuing struggle.

thank you I just needed to talk about sometimes saying things even if we don't want to to helps make it real which some times is exactly what we need to deal with things to first admit that its real to then be able to accept we may have a problem
