House problem

I have a 4 member family.We live in a rented house now we want to shift our house..We had already found one house and had a given the stamp paper too but now the problem arise,the landlord of our old house has given the rent to somebody and our new house's landlord had already given to some other people. Now we are in the middle of the boat,we had lost our old house and the new one too. Now what we should do? I really dont know...... we are in great trouble and dont know where to go........

So you had already paid the rent to new one and now they are refusing you?

@gochunehal Doesn't matter. Money was paid. Hopefully either you have gotten it back or are now living at the new one...

That's really a mess. Rent some other house for a few days while you sort things out with the new house owner. If they deny what they promised, you might even file a case.

thats a mess. probably look for a new one. it wont take a day to find a new place here, im not sure if it works the same in your place. then probably talk to your current landlord to give you a day extension or two at least.

They had already taken money from someone else and they had taken from us too and now they are saying then cannot do about this?

Would not it should not work that way. Before the contract runs out, of course, homeowners not give the house to someone else. Although there are no rules requiring that way, yes indeed the rights of all home owners. Hopefully the problem is quickly resolved.
