Offers or tasks

In exploring the mylot website which is a chore I had been putting off I found a tab called offers. I figured I would see what these were all about because there were about a hundred and eighty listed for me. I wasn't interested in buying anything at this time but I wanted to see what kinds of offers they were talking about. One was a quiz which I took but most of the time I was waiting for the results of the quiz I was inundated by sales pitches. Admittedly they were very up front about the fact that I didn't have to accept any of the offerings and I didn't. Although it did finally give me the score to my quiz I'm not sure if I am going to earn the ten cents it offered. It stated that it would be credited immediately but so far I haven't seen it.
Another one was supposed to be a slide show but I never could find the slide show on the page. Everything I clicked on took me to an infomercial. So I know I didn't earn anything there.
So, I went back to the top of the list where the most recent offer was listed. It was titled ebates and since I planned to sign up with ebates at some time I thought this would be a good opportunity. But when I clicked on the page there was no mention of ebates just a lot more infomercials.
So, is this like the tasks that some did on the old mylot or is it just another form of advertising?

Not really sure. I think it is. But I haven't tried one yet.

@jndlponti And there is no real use to do surveys if you are not going to get credit for them. Right?

@savak03 sometime they don't credit you for such.. specially that surveys

The task in mylot were just too much for me to handle. The offers were just doubtful for me to use.

I did very few offer when they first put them up there and I was here - I made maybe $0.30 from them but many was videos or something to that affect or signing up for something. I to have 189 and have taken a glance but nothing stood out to me on wanting to try so I have not given any a try...from the sounds of it though I am not going to give them a try but instead concentrate on discussion and on interacting with friends

@crazzydolphin I never did get the hang of doing tasks. I guess I'm just stuck in conversation mode.

@savak03 I am sure that I will still check in there from time to time to be sure and see what is going on there or if anything good came up but for the most part I am not going to waste an hour of my time on them for $0.10 that I am more than likely not going to see. I likes the tasks better when they were here honestly and wish they would bring them back, I could do a lot of them back to back and earn pretty fast (though it may not have been here that had them I can not remember for sure...)
