Ramsay Bolton is the best character on Game of Thrones

Everybody seems to hate Ramsay Bolton on Game of Thrones.
I understand that he is a despicable character but he surely adds a lot of drama to the TV show. He is a very evil man and that's why I love him.
There seems to be no bounds for his evilness. And he has the potential to become one fo the best and most memorable characters this show will ever have.
So would you also say Ramsay BOlton is the best character on Game of Thrones?

I like Arya's character a lot more than anyone....she is becoming a real badass girl...

well she does outlive all of her siblings in the end and she becomes a killer assassin. Have you read the books? Super cool!
