"The hills are alive, with the sound.of music". Err, the night is alive with the sounds i am hearing outside. Sitting again outside, where the.wind is colder than the one coming.from the.fan. Enjoying the nightly view. Nothings is happening that much around here. As what i can hear. Someone is watching the same news program as it echoes. That sound that is being created by those tree.branches. Ohh, rustles of the leaves.too. I can hear.from here, the electric pump running from the water refilling. Motorbikes passed by. Dogs barking to everyone who passes by out house, have to close the gate.before they wil run after to anyone. Lol This is my night life. Ahhh, typical province. And i love it. How about you? Have a great evening from here, and good morning to those on the other aide of the world.

Typically, i am busy in the evening dong some online work. And nope it's not mylot. But these days, its been quiet with no work so I have the time to be on here.

A really nice post! The write paints a good picture by itself. It's funny the other day I was out walking and this dog started to bark loudly and thought of those songs... "i simply remember my favourite things and ..."

Sometimes, I wonder what peaceful nights are all about. My father loves politics and from morning 7 am to night 11 or so, it is either politics, sports, or some rotten program that I don't ever want to see. Tell me how to destroy peace in my home..lol. I promise me, I will stop newspapers and disconnect TV after he is no more..lol.

I can relate you, night life in province is sometimes boring. We frequently here those barking from dogs when someone is passing by, news program, the sound of the earthworm, frogs and sometimes we love this routine, as we say, simple life when living in the province and you're right, we love our night life.

I love province night life, but to add to what you said, i love walking by the sea shore with friends, drinking native "tuba", singing and playing guitar by a bonfire cooking fish we have caught

Nights are peaceful times. Sometimes I love hearing the crickets make their pressence known and hearing the cars passing by. Wondering about their travels. I can't forget the airplane that sounds extremely close. Peacefulness. I'm glad you experience it.

There aren't a lot of night time sounds around here except for sirens when an ambulance or fire truck rushes by on their way to an emergency. Once in a while I'll hear a dog bark but mostly it's very quiet. And I like it :)

A city never sleeps, so there are always many activities at night. I do not love the night life. I rather live somewhere where people sleep in the night, and not racing motorcycles or honking their honks.

You just go out at the garden or just at the porch , sit there and gaze at the sky and hear those cicadas singing . Wow, what a wonderful calming night indeed .
