I helped him get the last of his things out of my house

Today after work my man stopped by to get the last of his things out of my house. It was a few pieces left of his sons bunk bed. He put the shelves back up for me that were in the room before they moved in. He is supposed to buy me some paint to repaint the ceiling as his son got marks all over them when his fingers were dirty from pencil lead. We loaded the pieces into the back of his vehicle and my van and took them to his new place. I helped him carry most of it in and he gave me a tour of the trailer. The land on the property is beautiful. I managed to go there and not cry at all. I teared up a little on the way home and a little after I got home but that is about it. He thanked me for helping him as I was leaving and told me that since I know where the place is to stop by anytime. I'm really not sure what is going to go on from here. One day at a time I guess.
