After a super busy day yesterday I planned not to work today. And I did not make it to Walmart to get a refund on those nasty Pepsi.
BUT......
Running a business its not easy to just stop when I want, I have to get the roof repaired one one today because it`ll rain tonight.
One lady asked could she pay today and I said yes because she is always on time, she just was not at home when I was in town.
I need to fill the trash can at the old home place so that its not just sitting empty and I am paying for this.
I think I can manage.
What do you plan to do today?

@andriaperry I don't blame you for picking up rent if she would be that way.
Thank you, my landlord says I am a good tendant to. He asked me if I want to rent to own this place.

If I did that I would NEVER get rent and I would just her " its in the mail" you are a good tenant!
