I think we should just stop wasting our time writing online and try to find jobs that are safe, secure and actually pay.
So disappointed!

We still have access to delete our posts and such too or transfer! I will be transferring my posts to my personal blog

@infatuatedbby oh we do? I cannot log in there. It keeps saying maintenance mode. Id might just left mine there. I post only two. Anyways you should transfer yours. I visit it and it was good.

Wow I was very suspicious from the start that's why I did not want to try to much efforts. I was at 2,000 points! I tried logging on today and i wasn't able to. Glad you posted this!! I only liked writing my Amazon reviews there. That sucks for those who dedicated hours! What a waste!

@Gina145 First they wiped out all our referral points, so we couldn't earn the right to increase our daily limit. Then they lowered the limit for everyone. Then they started rejecting new members for no reason. I guess I worried that it would go the way of all sites. Moving it all to new servers probably did affect the traffic a lot. Hard to say if it will bounce back, or even if it was solvent to begin with.

@Rollo1 I wouldn't go as far as to say I was expecting it, but I was a bit concerned when everyone's daily limit was lowered. I'm not going to delete my blogs just yet in case this really is only a temporary set-back, but I won't be adding any new content in the foreseeable future either.

I am not surprised either. Not with how the site has been handled. I feel no ill means towards Blogjob. I do hope the owner can redeem the website like Mylot did. It won't be overnight, if it does happen, like some people tend to think.
I already had a blog on Blogger where I will be moving all my content, eventually.

I could redeem for $25, though I was hoping to go for $100 and I've got 5681 points. If I redeem now and the site comes back and starts issuing points again, It would take 1000 days at 100 points a day to get to that $100 level again. On the other hand, if I don't cash out now and the site goes under, I lose the $25.00. I could also lose points if people I've interacted with leave. I will probably cash out and still leave my blogs until I see which way the wind is blowing. I don't want to leave and cause others to lose points. But I'm through with third party writing sites. I consider this a social blogging network.

Yeah, I was disappointed. At first I couldn't even get on the site. Then when I could I was surprised to see the notice!! 
I'm so close to cashing out at $25, but that's not going to happen as soon as I thought it was with the less daily amount and now this and the site being down..gee, starting to sound like Bubblews!!

If you have friends, maybe you can ask them to loan you some points so that you can reach 5000 points. many people on the site are doing this.

I'm not ready to give up on writing online, but if things don't work out at BlogJob, I'll probably create my own blog at Blogger or Wordpress. I don't feel ready to risk trying another unknown site because most of them don't last for very long.
For now I'm just grateful that I was able to cash out recently.
