I am still learning and, growing everyday, always trying to become a better person, one thing I am really working on and, slowly getting control of is my anger, it's not that it isn't justified at times, but that it rarely helps things. Plus we shouldn't be quick to anger, anger should be reserved for times, when it's the only option, like for example minor annoyances, that don't really hurt anyone is no reason to get angry, just laugh and, go on about your day, positivity breeds positivity and, like the old song says, when you smile, the whole world smiles with you

Yeah being quick to anger is not a good thing. When I get really angry I go to God, I pray for Him to take it before I say or do something I will regret. It helps a lot!

Same here that's what I try to do now too, because when I get mad and, say something I usually feel bad.

That is true, we have to keep our anger to avoid conflict of self and others.

I would just rather be laughing and, smiling, then getting mad every time someone does something stupid.

Good for you and anger is not always bad if you use it the right ways.

I'm glad your anger is becoming more controllable. I do know some people who can't control it. Sometimes it can become a bit scary watching someone lose the plot.

I completely agree with you and I applaud your efforts. Anger is good when we need to release some frustration and as long as we remain in control of it, it has a time and place. :)

I, too, have problem.controlling my anger. I did not have this anger issue before.Perhaps, this has something to do with taking medications for years for my endometriosis. My doctor has mentioned mood swings as one of the side effects.
