What kind of souvenir do you hope to receive?

I hope it is not the food. Although the food such as the snacks can be a nice souvenir, but it is gone after eating it. I like to have something which I can keep for a long time. So I like the little handicraft souvenir much more.

I usually like postcards as souvenirs. They are cheap, easy to carry, lightweight, and memorable - although most people don't really collect postcards in this digital age anymore.

@sanket002 I lost count of how many postcards I've acquired traveling across the United States. They are stacked up in a cardboard box and so fun to look at, remembering the vacations.

You're right, Food is not considered as souvenir for they are perishable items. Souvenir means a thing is kept to remind a person, place or thing.

i dont collect but ive got few of those somewhere in one of my boxes. friends gave them to me a long time ago. i like those guitars. i was also amazed when i saw my friend's collection of 'native bracelets'.

A meal sounds to be a big souvenir already
